First of all, welcome to this page! It feels funny to say welcome in a virtual space, but it’s also cool and different! Imad means pillar in Arabic and it is written like that: عماد . It is also pronounced differently, but I am still working on adding an audio link so people can click and listen to it. The first letter is a funky glottic one. To be continued … 🙂
I lived in different places around in my short lifetime. I try to contribute to community around me and the world in my own ways. I have spent 4 years in Saudi Arabia, 9 years in Lebanon, 4 years in Europe, 1 year in Asia, and the most of my life in Canada. I am humbled to have a wonderful, very big family that is very supporting. I have learned to speak and understand more than 3 languages. And it has helped me a lot in my life!
I have moved to Victoria/Lekungwen terriroty since September 2019. The idea was to explore a different part of Canada while following my passion for being a life long learner … in anything that feels good. I now live with my partner and dog in James bay. We really love it here! Something about the ocean makes life by it so magical.
My free inquiry, on this page, will be about bikes and adventures on bikes. I intend to go on a long bikepacking (biking + backpacking) trip at some point in my life, so a blog where I post my findings and wonderings is going to be helpful. Please feel free to ask me any question you like. I am openminded, very friendly and love people … and animals!
