Mural collab + Bloom

I really enjoyed the mural collaboration example we did in class. I found it was an easy way to increase engagement and brainstorming collaboratively. Also, if all students/people have their own devices, each person can add something following their own pace. That way no one is left behind.

Reviewing Blooms taxonomy was very helpful. In Remembering, Bookmarking was my takeaway. I usually bookmark any interesting article of picture I find on the web and can easily go back to it by clicking a simple link. In Understanding, Journaling speak to me the most. I tend to have a little diary/journal where I write down information and visuals. I tend to understand things better when drawing them/writing about them in French and Arabic. In Applying, charting is a tool I would gravitate towards. I love to draw charts because I love Math! In Analyzing, Mind mapping is such a good tool to verify and examine my understanding. We did this a bunch with our teacher Diana in “Learners and Learning environments” class last fall. For Evaluating, online conversations, digital exit slips and posts are the way to go! Also Zoom breakout rooms are a good way to engage one on one/peer assessment/smaller group discussions. Finally, during one of our Science classes, we created a podcast and I loved the idea! So we did a podcast, called it “podclass”, and explored the world of Bioluminescence.
